Free chart calculation
Free charts are computed through the BaZiSelf service (api.baziself.com). The birth details you enter are sent to our server to generate the Bazi chart. If you are not signed in or do not save a profile, these details are used only for that calculation and are generally not stored persistently. A saved personal profile is kept in your account and can be deleted at any time from BaZiSelf.
Purchasing a complete report
After you give storage consent and begin a purchase, a report snapshot is stored in our database for generation and permanent delivery. The order records the consent time and this policy version. Unpaid snapshots are normally removed after seven days; paid reports remain until deletion is requested. Payments—international cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay—are handled by the relevant third-party payment providers for order amounts and callbacks.
Network and analytics data
Permanent report snapshots and administrator order lists do not store or display exact IP addresses. We process only the network information necessary for transit and operational security in our logs. The site records anonymous events in its database such as completed calculations, retrospective feedback, sharing, and payment-funnel steps; these events exclude names, birth details, and complete chart data. Anonymous analytics loads only after explicit permission, is used for page and checkout analysis, and is not used for personalised advertising. Your choice is stored in this browser.
Email is optional and is used to recover a purchased report and for essential service notices. Marketing consent is separate from report recovery, and marketing email is not sent without separate consent.
Access and deletion
Purchased reports are delivered through a randomly generated access token. To request deletion of a purchased report or account data, contact us at [email protected] and provide the report link and proof of purchase.
